Terms and Conditions for 777cs — Please Read Before You Play

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 777cs platform, available at 777cs.onl. The platform offers online gaming services including but not limited to Sports Betting, Live Casino, Bingo, Fish Games, Slots and Esports, all operating in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using 777cs, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform. These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("the player") and 777cs.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 777cs. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to use 777cs, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where your use of the service is permitted under applicable local law — it is your responsibility to determine this
• Not be subject to any court order, regulatory direction or self-exclusion arrangement that restricts your use of online gaming services
• Not be an employee, contractor or close family member of an employee or contractor of 777cs
• Hold a valid, personally owned JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank or card account in your own name for payment purposes

777cs does not make any representation about the legal status of online gaming in your jurisdiction. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws. We do not hold or claim any government permit, regulatory approval or official endorsement from any Pakistani authority.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold exactly one active account on 777cs. If you already have a registered account, you may not create a second one under any name, payment method or device. Duplicate accounts are subject to closure at any time, and any balance associated with them may be forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details and payment account information. Providing false registration information, including a false date of birth to circumvent the 18+ age requirement, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

777cs may request identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or following any activity that triggers a review. Verification typically requires a copy of your CNIC or equivalent government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified will result in the suspension of withdrawal capability until documents are provided and reviewed.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with any other person. 777cs will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the access was enabled by your disclosure of credentials.

4. Deposits & Payments

Deposits to your 777cs account must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts — whether from another person's JazzCash wallet, a shared bank account or any other account not personally registered to you — are not permitted and may result in funds being returned or accounts being suspended pending investigation.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed clearly in the deposit section of your account. 777cs does not charge deposit fees on any currently supported method, though your payment provider may apply their own charges in some cases — this is outside our control.

All deposits are processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion steps on any transaction within the 777cs platform. Once a deposit is confirmed and credited to your account balance, it may be used for any available game, bet or activity on the platform.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit as a standard anti-fraud measure.

• Account verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for standard accounts
• Silver VIP accounts receive expedited processing; Gold VIP accounts receive same-day processing in most cases
• Diamond VIP accounts receive priority same-day processing and zero transaction fees
• Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are displayed at the point of request
• Funds credited via a bonus may be subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable — see Section 6

777cs does not charge withdrawal fees on standard accounts. Diamond VIP tier members additionally benefit from zero fees across all transaction types. The amount you request is the amount that will be sent to your JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account, subject to your payment provider's own policies.

If a withdrawal request is delayed beyond the standard processing window, please contact the 777cs support team. The most common causes of delays include pending verification, mismatched account details or an active bonus balance still subject to wagering requirements.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

777cs offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, sports betting boosts and VIP-specific rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are presented clearly at the time the offer is made. These specific terms supplement and take precedence over the general provisions in this section in the event of any conflict.

General rules that apply to all 777cs bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance, separate from your real-money PKR balance
• A minimum wagering requirement must be met before bonus-derived funds are transferred to your withdrawable balance
• Wagering requirements count at different rates depending on the game type played — these rates are specified per-promotion
• Bonuses are valid for a specific period; unused bonus balances expire after this period
• Only one active bonus may apply to your account at any given time unless specifically stated
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts
• 777cs reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, bet hedging or coordinated staking patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure

8. Player Conduct

Players on 777cs are expected to behave in a manner that is fair, honest and respectful of other players and platform staff. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Attempting to defraud 777cs through chargebacks, false dispute claims, manipulation of results or any other method
• Colluding with other players to exploit games, markets or promotions
• Using offensive, abusive or threatening language toward support staff or other players in any live game or communication channel
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or any part of the 777cs platform not intended for public access
• Providing false information to support staff during any dispute or verification process
• Registering accounts on behalf of another person, including any person who is self-excluded or otherwise barred from using the platform

Breaches of conduct may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account. In cases of fraud or criminal activity, 777cs reserves the right to report relevant information to appropriate authorities.

10. Account Closure

You may close your 777cs account at any time by contacting our support team. Any available real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

777cs reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time where it reasonably believes that the account holder has breached these Terms, is engaging in fraudulent activity, has provided false registration information, is a minor, or for any other reason consistent with responsible platform management. In cases of closure for breach, 777cs may withhold balances pending investigation.

Self-exclusion is available to any player who wishes to take a break from gaming. Self-exclusion can be arranged for fixed periods or indefinitely through your account settings or by contacting support. Once a self-exclusion is in place, 777cs will not re-open your account during the exclusion period, even at your own request.

12. Limitation of Liability

777cs provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, free from errors, or fully compatible with every device and internet connection. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777cs shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from platform unavailability, technical errors or connectivity issues outside our reasonable control
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure
• Losses arising from decisions you make based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics or promotional communications
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter where limitation of liability is prohibited by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

777cs may update or amend these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you directly via your registered email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 777cs platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 10.
